ContentI, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities. Some content I will not be comfortable with representing include :Human/Humanoid
Fully mech/robotic
Explicit p0rn0graphic NSFW
Loli
Excessive gender features
Copying other’s styles and/or designs
Gender identities or cultures I feel that I may not be able to accurately represent or portray well
As of now, i will only accept feral/anthropomorphic characters!
Gore/blood and some violence is alright.
Any expressions except suggestive ones are welcomedI, the Artist, warrant that the work will be my original work performed to the best of my ability.

I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. The reason will not be specified unless necessary.
This will only happen before payment.
After payment cancellation will be 50% refund.

Artistic style is subject to minor changes as I improve and develop as an artist.
I warrant that the Work is 100% original according to my best knowledge.
I warrant I do not copy or heavily reference any materials or art I do not own while producing the Work.
I have the right to use existing commercial licensed or commercial free construction assets such as brushes, vectors, symbols, patterns. templates, and more, and educational material such as anatomy, pose reference, tutorials and so on.
Material and design direction such as mood boards and examples are referred to as inspiration, not reference, and will not be closely observed.

Timeline and processThe completion of the work requires at least 1 week at minimum.
This may vary depending on the commission type, complexity, workload and real life situations.
This can average from 1 month to 12 months.
Deadline and timelines will be followed to the best of my capabilities but may not be possible sometimes.Please let me know of any changes you’d like me to make to your commission during the process.
I would like you to be happy with your commission, so please do not hesitate to tell me.
More than 3 excessive changes or major changes during sketching stage may result in a price increase, so please do be clear with how you want the piece to look like.
A concept sketch is welcomed.
I will only allow minor changes such as errors and small details once I reach the line art stage.
I will actively reach out for feedback if required.

Delivery of finished work will be through Discord/Google Drive/Email

CommunicationUpdates will be send via Discord DMs / Instagram DMs.
I will typically respond within 12hours but may also take up to a week to provide a more concrete update.
There is no sites tracking updates so feel free to drop me a message (max once per week) to check for updates.
Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before work starts and during the process, or it can affect the timeline.
Please check your messages frequently after commissioning me so that communication goes smoothly.
In any situation that I do not receive a response from the client within 1 week, the project will be paused.
If there is no response within 1 month, the project will be cancelled and trashed.
Trashed projects will not receive any refunds if already paid.

Clients agree to remain respectful and agree that communication channels I provide are for business and professional use only. Client and Artist will not for any reason digress from business discussion for the majority/duration of the project.

Rights, Usage and CreditsArtist Rights:
I retain copyright and ownership of the Work.The process will likely be posted on i.e on Instagram and/or be streamed on Discord or YouTube unless Clients request otherwise before project begins.

Client Rights:
Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. Personal use includes: Social Media Profile pictures, Wallpapers, Personal website display, Physical prints and Products that is NOT for sale or distribution to any other party.
The Work may only be used for personal intentions ONLY if you own the character/character design that the Work displays.
The Clients exclusive rights does not apply if the character the Work displays no longer belongs them, and these rights will be transferred onto the current owner of the character.Clients may not at any time Modify, edit, change the Work without permission from the Artist.

Your commission art may displayed in my Websites, Social Media’s and Portfolios according to my discretion.
Please inform me if you do not wish it to be shared.

Commercial Rights
Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.
Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content or on any monetized work. Reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or platform.Any work done or made available to the Client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes). Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.
Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me and the Artist using my social tag/username/link

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
Payment
The Client is required to pay in full or half ( if the project exceeds $100) before sketch. If paid in half, the rest of the payment must be paid before delivery.
When invoice or payment link has been sent, the Client is expected to pay within 48 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advance or the project/wait list position may be cancelled by the Artist
Prices are in USD and paid via PayPal invoice, PayPal me link or via kofi.
By engaging on any project, once Work has started, or transactions have been made through Paypal, the Client acknowledges the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped good to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned will be followed.

Cancellation & Refund
If the Client requests a cancellation, only 50% will be refunded.
If active work have started (actively working on the Work or past the Colouring stage), refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.
If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 5 months past deadline/estimated maximum turnaround time, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial refund if Work done up to this point is accepted or full refund.

AgreementI reserve the right to refuse projects if it does not fit with my studio.
By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.
The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
